Recent HQ Relocations in San Diego (Week 1)

BCG

BCG (Boston Consulting Group) recently relocated its San Diego headquarters from Gaslamp Quarter to Little Italy. In January 2024, BCG moved into a 20,000-square-foot, Class A office space developed by Kilroy Realty Group. They now share the third floor with San Diego Football Club (Major League Soccer’s newest franchise) which occupies 15,000 square feet for its corporate headquarters. 

BCG made the decision to move from Gaslamp Quarter as offices were overcrowding. Little Italy will provide BCG with great amenities all within walking distance. The new office consists of an open, airy layout, with phenomenal views of the city. It also consists of shared office spaces - a common design trend we are seeing post-pandemic.

BCG is an international firm with over 100 offices in 50 countries. It has grown its San Diego team from 8 employees to more than 60. This is currently their only location in San Diego.
